Kansas Town Goes Green after Tornado

Rather than simply replace what was lost when a class 5 tornado struck last year, the residents of Greensburg, KS are rebuilding their town to be a global example of conservation, energy efficiency and creativity. They also plan to prove how green practices can save serious money. The community hopes most of its buildings will be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, and already has one working wind turbine.
